Account Terms

You are answerable for keeping up the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be responsible for any damage or loss from your neglecting to comply with this security duty. 
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that happens under your account ( even if Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account ). 
If you are using a free account you aren't permitted to block adverts. 
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. 
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unapproved purpose. You should never, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including though not limited to copyright laws ). 
Payment and Deductions 
A good credit card or checking account is needed for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
No refunds will be given for workshops, seminars, and other events bought fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed in advance and remain in place for the period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically replenish every month, unless ended in accordance with "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There will be no deductions or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. To treat everybody equally, no exceptions will be made. 
If you buy a workshop, seminar, or event but make a decision not to take part, you'll request either : i ) to rearrange to another event of equal or lesser value or ii ) to substitute somebody in your place, provided you do so within a week prior to the event. 
You are solely accountable for notifying the Company if you can't attend a workshop, seminar, or event. 
All charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be accountable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or obligations, excluding only United States ( Fed. or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise expressly mentioned all costs shown are in US greenbacks ( Greenbacks ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your membership. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your membership is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen offers a straightforward no questions asked cancellation link. 
Your Content will be instantly deleted from the Service on cancellation. This info cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will take effect straight away and you won't be charged again.
